The party season is upon us which means it’s time to create some spectacular makeup looks for the festive season. With a year of lockdowns, for many of us that means a virtual Zoom Christmas party. So give everyone your best close up, and rock the screen with our festive makeup guide!

1 Santa Baby – Red Lip & Glitter Cut Crease

Red lips and cut creases go so well together. It’s the ultimate combination for a bold Christmas look. Sported by the likes of legends such as Lana Del Rey – it’s a tricky look to master but well worth the effort. Finish with the perfect flick of eyeliner like Laura Leth’s and you’ll be giving Hollywood glamour to your online crowd.

2 Frosty The Snowman

Keep the colour palette cool and offer some wintry delight to your look. The key to this look? A strong base of white eyeshadow. Pack it over the lid firmly. Then take a light blue eyeshadow and drag it onto the white to blend the two. Use a white eyeliner to create the icicles!

3 Go Green

You don’t have to look like the Grinch to introduce green into your Christmas look. Find the right shade for your skin tone, finishing with a volumizing mascara, and accessorise with matching earrings to bring an emerald shine to your party. Subtle and stunning all at once.

4 Candy Canes

Katy Perry showed us just how cute Candy Cane Eyeliner could be last year, and we are still loving it today. Graphic stripes offset with a bold false lash. The final touch? Light freckles and a bold lip – to create that girlish yet glamorous mix that sums up Christmas.

5 Smoky Sensation

The secret weapon in your Zoom Christmas party kit? The classic smokey eye. But with a fun twist. Blue is the new black when it comes to smoky eyes this party season. Mix matte and metallic navy shades and pair with a nude lip colour for a subtle seasonal glow.

6 Starry Eyed

Nothing says Christmas like a little shine. Create this sparkling look with white mascara, shimmering silvers and holographic crystal gems. Apply them with eyelash glue and you are good to go. Matching nails optional, but highly recommended!

7 Golden Goddess

For a festive take on the neutral nude eye, make like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and bring a golden glow to your zoom makeup. Go for copper shades, a peachy lip and add plenty of shine like an angel!

8 Run, Run Reindeer

Need a fancy dress option for your Christmas party over Zoom? Then blow everyone away with a chic reindeer look. Add a little red to the nose and you could be Rudolph! High buns make a great addition or finish with a pair of furry antlers for a more traditional look.

9 TrendSetter

End 2020 in style with one of it’s biggest trends – the floating eyeliner. Paired with a matching coloured bow and polka dots, it’s a cute Christmas look that’s also razor-sharp.

10 Light It Up

Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without those twinkling lights on the tree. So bring them to the party with you! Don’t be afraid to go bold with the colours, and match with a chic beret for a cute Christmas overload.

11 Let It Snow

Lockdown makeup gave us the chance to play around with new styles, like the white eyeliner trend. Now the perfect time to add it to your party looks. It’s a snowy, glossy finish that’s effortlessly simple. Want to go the extra mile? Try pairing with white mascara for a frosty finish.

12 Lip Service

Treat your lips to a makeover! Create a signature look with one of the most playful makeup trends – lip art. A true test to your makeup artist skills, and the coolest party piece once you get the hang of it. Perfect for making an impact over Zoom.
